The Right Way to Live - What to Eat & How to

Fastest, Easiest, and Most Effective way of getting rid of diseases and living a healthy life!!!


You'll be able to lose/gain weight and get rid of diseases like Asthma, Sugar, BP, etc by following this routine in NO Time and with minimal effort.

Basic Philosophy

Consume what nature offers you, in the form it offers you and when it offers. The closure you come to nature calmer, relaxed, and disease-free your life will become.


An example would be consuming sugarcane or sugarcane juice from October - march is ok but the processed version of sugarcane i.e. sugar or jaggery isn't.

How Your Day Should Look Like

Early Morning


  1. Fresh Up - Empty your stomach. Having a good bowel movement before morning juice /coconut water is essential and a prerequisite. And this diet will bring the system in perfect motion if initially, your bowel movement is not optimum. If you’re facing issues in this department go for enema.

  2. Have a glass of Neem Giloy Kadha - Add lemon if you're going for weight loss.


Excercise

  1. Do Pranayam 5 times

  2. Try meditating for some time

  3. Yoga for a minimum of 20 minutes

  4. Sungazing(the act of looking directly into the sun) for a couple of minutes... till it's comfortable

Do wet Patti for 30 minutes till it becomes warm


Wet Patti should be done till it becomes warm which generally happens in 30 minutes. Dip the Patti in water and wrap those around your stomach, head, and throat.


Should be done at least twice a day.


Morning Alkaline Drink


Have your drink when you feel hungry.

  1. Drink alkaline drink like "White Pumpkin(petha) + Curry Leaves(kadi pPattaatta)" juice + water to make a drink of approx 150ml or coconut water. Though raw pumpkin juice is the first choice and acts very well in weight loss and making the digestive system super, you can take green coconut water instead of it, if there's no time to prepare pumpkin juice or as a variation once or twice a week.

  2. Don't consume anything for the next 2 hours.


Breakfast

Have your meal when you feel hungry, try to keep 2 hours gap from your early morning alkaline drink.


A salad containing broccoli, cucumber, beetroot, tomato, lettuce, carrot, capsicum – red + yellow + green, green pea, green chutney, coriander, green leaves - With roughly 400gm of salad you need to consume 100gm of green leaves.


Add grated coconut to it - roughly 4 spoons. Have your salad like a meal, not a mere formality.

Chutney which can/should be eaten with salad.


Steps for making Green chutney:-

  1. Raw Gooseberry(Kacha amla)

  2. Tomato

  3. Coriander(Dhaniya)

  4. Mint(Pudhina) or Marua(Pabri) as you like

  5. Green Chilli - Optional

Cut these 4(5) items and crush into chutney in a grinder. Make fresh daily.


And while eating, add Rock Salt(Sendha namak) as per taste, as less as possible.

Or in Breakfast: -

Single fruit - don’t mix multiple types of fruits - eat till you feel full.


Noon(Lunch)

Or

Sayanukt chapati – beetroot or some green seasonal veggie mixed with a seasonal grain (whole wheat or preferably one of the 5 positive millets) to make chapati. The percentage of veggies in chapati should be > 50%.


If possible use “Mitti ka tava”. NO Salt to be used.


Healthy Vegetable - Steam your veggies, make the masala/gravy separately.


How to make gravy: -

Local Tomato, Coconut - grated, jeera bhuna, Curry Leaves, a small quantity of Rock Salt(sendha namak) - optional, boiled water from the veggies steamed - in the grinder, green chili (optional)

Mix veggies and gravy when you wish to eat.


For every chapati, you consume you need to consume two bowls of Veggies.


*Avoid Grains if you're trying to lose weight or recovering from some disease.

Evening(Light meal)


1 coconut water, should have 4 almonds+ 1/2 walnut once a day


Late Evening(Dinner)

If you're having grain(millet) at noon go for fruits here and vice versa.


*Avoid Grains if you're trying to lose weight or recovering from some disease.

Tea, if you feel like - Not before Lunch


Curry leaves, cardamon, dried peel of pomegranate or orange, Mint, Holi basil(tulsi), Ginger...

Use any combination of the above. Boil it in water...leave it in water for a couple of minutes. Use date palm(khajur) or figs(anjeer) for sweetening.

Should have 4 almonds (soaked in water) + 1/2 walnut once a day.


If you are used to tea and not having it is giving you a headache please put wet Patti on your forehead.


Headache is a withdrawal symptom because tea is addictive and any addiction will take time to go. If you take 2-3 tea every day then reduce gradually…gradually to 0(asap). Using wet Patti on the head and stomach will help you in overcoming headaches.


Drinking Juices or Water

Light single fruit juices without salt or mixing two can be had in between meals.


Drink one sip at a time, don’t gulp a huge amount in a go.


Drink your food and Chew your water.


Eating between meals

Feel free to consume coconut, coconut water, veggie juice, herbal tea, or any seasonal fruit of your choice.


Should have 4 almonds (soaked in water) + 1/2 walnut once a day.


When to eat/drink


Eat when you feel like, listen, and respond to your body. There isn’t and shouldn’t be any fixed time to consume your meals.

Getting Rid of Chemicals/General Instructions for consuming veggies & fruits

  1. Leave your vegetables, fruits (any fruit - even watermelon) dipped in water for at least 2 hours.

  2. Don’t wash them after cutting.

  3. If possible don’t peel them.

  4. Don't mix multiple fruits, consume one at a time.

  5. Go for seasonal ones – readily available ones.

  6. Avoid salt with them, if you have to use – use very less quantity of rock salt(sendha namak).

What to avoid & their alternatives

  1. Animal Milk & Milk Products

  2. Non-Vegetarian food

  3. Alcoholic Beverages

  4. Cigarettes

  5. Refined Sugar, Jaggery.

  6. Tea & Coffee

  7. Desi Ghee, Refined oil, etc

  8. Cooking in Aluminum or Non-stick cookware --- Instead, use Clay or Stainless Steel products

  9. Use of microwave

  10. Processed food

Making a Habit Out of It

Please note that this is a lifestyle, not a crash diet course. You don’t need to force yourself to a routine, you just need to be disciplined enough to make a habit out of it.

As per the research in general it takes an average of 66 days to acquire a new habit.

Go for seasonal fresh 'local' vegetables. They will be easily available and cheapest during the season, that's the sign. Local cucumber, Local tomato ... focus on local and seasoned vegetables instead of imported.
